WORKOUTS, NUTRITION AND THE FAA MEDICAL, FOR PILOTS AND FLIGHT CREW

Fit for flight. Built around the trips you actually fly.

Training that reads your crew schedule, your sleep and the room you are in. Nutrition that survives a four-day. A crew feed to keep you honest. And the FAA medical, tracked the way an AME reads it.

Free to start. No credit card. Built by a line captain who trains on the road.

Why pilots need a different program

🩺

FAA medical, tracked the way your AME reads it

Enter your class, seat and exam date and see the exact day each privilege ends, whether an ECG is due, and how your blood pressure, glucose and weight sit against the FAA lines. Check any medication or supplement against the FAA do-not-issue and do-not-fly lists, nearly 300 drugs with plain-language notes. Test your near, mid and distance vision on the phone. Everything stays on your device.

📅

Reads your crew schedule

Import your trips and the app knows a 10-hour layover from a 26-hour one, a commute day from a reserve day, and plans training and meals around what you are actually doing.

👥

Crew feed

Opt in under a call sign and every workout posts to a feed of other pilots and crew: kudos, comments, follow people, and a board of who is training at your base this month. Share your workout as a picture to Instagram or Messages. No location beyond the airport code you choose to show.

🏃

Runner mode

Pick the Runner objective and get a weekly mileage plan that fits around your trips: easy days, one long run, one strength day placed away from it, plus best efforts at the mile, 5K, 10K and half, and a monthly miles challenge.

🌍

Environment-aware workouts

Every session adapts automatically to Commercial Gym, Hotel Gym, Hotel Room, or just resistance bands. No equipment excuses.

🚦

Fatigue-gated intensity

A pilot condition toggle (Go / Marginal / No-Go) reduces or removes heavy lifting when you're running on insufficient rest, auto-set from Apple Health if you sync a wearable, or a 15-second self-check if you don't.

⌚

Wearable auto-sync

Connect once via Apple Health and your daily readiness, sleep, HRV, resting heart rate, steps, and workouts drive your training automatically. It works with Apple Watch, Oura, Whoop, Garmin, or anything else that writes to Health. Connect Oura directly for its own full readiness score.

🍽️

Nutrition that survives a four-day

Protein targets paced around your duty times, not a nine to five. Photograph a plate and the app identifies it. Log your six road meals once and quick-add them forever.

🏆

Leaderboards, scored fairly

Compete on bench, squat, deadlift, and more against fellow pilots, ranked by DOTS score, which adjusts for bodyweight and sex, so a 160 lb first officer and a 220 lb captain are compared on equal footing, not just raw weight. Opt-in only: no call sign, nothing is shared.

🎖️

Badges for reaching goals

Hit a personal record, a training streak, or a milestone and it gets recognized automatically, pulled from your real logged history, not just a login count.

🩹

Injury-aware programming

Flag a sore shoulder or knee and the app automatically swaps in a safer alternative where one exists, or flags the exercise so you can decide, instead of just handing you the same plan regardless.

⏱️

Fits the time you actually have

Tell it how much time you've got and it trims the session to fit, protecting your warmup and cooldown, never your actual lift.

🎯

Goal-driven programming

Nine mission objectives, from Walking First and Runner to Glute Emphasis and Overall Strength, each with real, distinct programming behind it, not just a label.

💧

Hydration math built in

0.3L per flight hour, with a sensible floor on no-fly days. The app tells you exactly how much to drink and when.

🛫

Aviation-phased structure

Every workout follows Taxi (warmup), Takeoff (heavy), En Route (volume), Landing (decompression): a logical, recoverable structure, not just a random exercise list.

📊

Real biometric tracking

Weight, waist, blood pressure, and fasting glucose, with the clinical protocol for measuring each one correctly. The FAA Medical page shows the same numbers against the lines your AME uses.

💊

Meds and supplements on schedule

Log anything you take, from creatine to prescriptions, with the dose and times. Check doses off on your Today screen, get a phone reminder when one is due, and include the history in your data export for AI analysis. Private to your account.

📶

Works with no signal

Keeps working with zero connectivity: at altitude, in a dead-zone layover hotel, wherever.

"The biggest mistake I see in shift-work athletes is treating every day the same. Your training should respond to how you actually feel, not an arbitrary schedule." (Sports medicine consensus on fatigue-informed training)

How it works

1️⃣

Preflight

Set your environment, log your hydration, and tell the app how you're actually feeling today.

2️⃣

Flight

Work through your generated plan phase by phase, with rest timers that chime when they're done and a form guide on every exercise: built-in animations where we have them, a YouTube search where we don't.

3️⃣

Trends

Log your biometrics and watch your progress chart itself over weeks and months.

Questions pilots ask

Is it free?

Yes. Workout logging, basic trends, hydration and pre-flight reminders, medication and supplement reminders, the crew feed and the FAA Medical page are free, with no credit card. Pro adds the AI coach, unlimited food photo analysis, full trends history, Oura direct connect and more.

Does it work in a hotel room with no equipment?

Yes. Hotel room sessions use no jumping, so thin floors and downstairs neighbours are not a problem.

Does it use my crew schedule?

Yes. Import your duty days and the app plans training and nutrition around duty events, layovers and commuter days.

Does the app send my medical information anywhere?

No. Everything on the FAA Medical page, your certificate dates, medications, vision results and PIN, stays on your phone. It is not synced, not sent to the coach, and not in your data export.

Which wearables does it support?

Apple Watch, Oura, Whoop, Garmin and anything else that writes to Apple Health. Oura can also be connected directly.

Is there an iPhone app?

The iOS app is in App Store review. The web app works today in Safari and can be added to your Home Screen. Your account carries over the day the App Store version lands.
